Contact Manager

Contact Manager is also a handy tool for keeping track of client’s important details. This specific online marketing tool is automatically tied into your Capture Page and Autoresponder. All you have to do is manage your prospects and clients.

Below, is a breakdown of how I use these tools in my business every day:

1. Create a Tracking Link: Use this link to place in ads, on your blog or web site, on social bookmark sites…..anywhere that you advertise. using this link will send your visitor to your Capture Page where they can subscribe to your list.
2. Create a Capture Page: Your Capture Page provides information about your products or whatever you’re offering. It is tracked (via your Tracking Link) when people sign up or subscribe to your list.
3. Create Autoresponder messages: Once your visitor signs up, they will automatically start receiving your Autoresponder messages with information about your products, offers, programs or services.
4. Use and maintain Contact Manager: Subscribers are then placed into your Contact Manager where you can follow-up with them in the future. These simple yet dynamic online marketing tools are now building your list! You can also create To-Do Lists, run reports and perform many other tasks in Contact Manager.

The above four tools are what I use the most but there are many more tools in 12SC that you’ll find useful! Since I’ve discovered these powerful online marketing tools I’ve noticed a vast difference in how I’m working online now. I’ve also realized that this is the “missing link” I’ve been looking for and I will never work online without these valuable tools again!
